Will InmateAid Resend a Letter if an Inmate Is Transferred?

A friend of mine was in Fulton County KY Detention Center very recently and I sent her a letter via inmate aid. I've been checking daily on the status of the letter and any responses, and it seems that she has been transferred to another location called Women's Addiction Recovery Manor. Since she has transferred to a different building, will my letter be redirected? Returned? If returned, will I get a refund? Thanks.

InmateAid does not issue refunds if an inmate is transferred before a letter is delivered.

InmateAid does not issue refunds if an inmate is transferred before a letter is delivered. However, once you have the new location, InmateAid will resend the letter to the correct facility. Contact the support team with the updated address to arrange the resend.
