Why can't I visit my husband? I tried to schedule a visit and they said that I was incarcerated there 5 years ago and wasn't allowed. But my husband says other people have visitors who have been incarceration more recently than me

The hard rule is that you are ineligible to visit if you served time there. The only person that can overrule that is the warden. We doubt seriously that the warden will even consider it. You are a security risk to the facility having been on the inside yourself.
