What is the rule for sending and receiving mail on InmateAid
If using inmateAid to send a physical letter to an inmate does it cost them money to return a letter? Also how do I recieve the reply? Do they scan it and send it to my recieved inbox or something? I live abroad not in US.

The member receives an email letting them know there is a letter to retrieve. There is a fee to 'unlock' the letter, it is less than $2.
