Can an inmate write me back through this service?

this is my first time using this service and i am not sure the inmate has any idea of how this works. when he receives my letter will he know he can write back to me through InmateAid? Is there something in the letter that says he can write back to me to the Inmate Aid address?

If you did not include your address in the body of the letter, the inmates intuitively will write you back to our address.

If you did not include your address in the body of the letter, the inmates intuitively will write you back to our address. We then receive the letter, scan it into your account and email you that it is there for your retrieval.
