Does an inmate with a revoked probation have any chance at a sentence reduction once imposed?
If my boyfriend was revoked probation after violating and took the felony and was sentenced 90 days with 70 days remaining will they leave him at Pinal county adult detention center and if he goes to Alhambra will they keep him or let him go because the time is so short and its gonna take time to move him.

The probation violation is the problem.

The probation violation is the problem. The original judge doesn't like to have an offender come back before them after giving them an opportunity with leniency and compassion. Our viewpoint is that he will likely do every single day of this short sentence for the reasons stated.
