On the letter that you guys generate for us does it state that we are using this online account and give them information on how to respond to us through this service?

When your inmate writes back, they send their reply to the InmateAid address shown on the envelope. Once received, the letter is scanned and uploaded to your account.

  • The letter is scanned into your account
