Inmate Phone Calls

Do inmates have time restrictions on phones?

My boyfriend is in Harrison County detention center. He hasn't called in 5 days and I am pregnant and needed to talk to him. I got a message through to the chaplain and he says that he has been unable to call. He gets his yard time between 6-10am. Is it possible that the phones aren't turned on at that time? Do they have time restrictions on phones? He called everyday when he was let out in the evenings. Are mornings different? I'm so worried and I'm in a different state. Thaks

Keep in contact with the chaplain, that is the best advise we could give.

Keep in contact with the chaplain, that is the best advise we could give. Most of the movement restrictions inside the prison change to keep the inmates on their toes.
