Once verified, visitors can use the ConnectNetwork Visits app, available on Google Play and the App Store, to request and confirm visits. All visits must be pre-approved before they can take place.
Remote Video Visits
Remote visits require a stable internet connection, a webcam, microphone, and speakers. All visitors must complete the verification process before scheduling. Once verified, use the ConnectNetwork app to schedule and confirm a visit.
Onsite Visitation Center
The Visitation Center is specifically equipped for video visits and has designated monitors for interactions between visitors and offenders. Onsite visits must also follow the verification and scheduling process detailed above.
- Scheduling Onsite Visits: Visitors must first complete the visitor verification through GettingOut. Once verification is complete, use the GettingOut Visits app to schedule and confirm your visit. After receiving confirmation through the app, call 1-337-591-3005 to finalize the visit with the Visitation Center.
- Visitor Restrictions: A maximum of four visitors is allowed in the Visitation Center at any time. Only one adult and one juvenile are permitted per monitor during a visit. Juveniles must remain under adult supervision at all times.
