Decatur County Prison (DCCI), often referred to as the Decatur County Farm, is operated by Decatur County and receives compensation from the State of Georgia DOC at approximately $20 per day per inmate for feeding, clothing, and housing. The facility, located on Airport Road across the street from the Decatur County Sheriff's Jail, currently houses over 225 state inmates and those sentenced through the State Court. The Warden strongly cautions citizens, county employees, and family members of Decatur County Prison inmates against interacting with crew members who are performing services at these sites within the community.
