The service offers instant activation, operates on a month-to-month basis without contracts, and provides up to 1,000 discounted minutes per month on the lower-cost line (with no rollover minutes). To obtain the $3.00 per-call savings, funds must be placed either in the Correct Solutions Group account or in the inmate's commissary account.

Funds can be added to the account online or at the kiosk in the visiting room using the number provided by InmateAid. By utilizing this Discount Service, inmates can receive more calls for the same amount of money.
