Will the InmateAid Discount Telephone Service follow when my inmate gets moved?
My boyfriend is at an intake facility in Arkansas, if I put money in his account will it follow him to the prison he will be going to? If I put money on the phone service for him will that also follow him?

The services are different in every prison, jail or detention center.

The services are different in every prison, jail or detention center. If the service is the same then of course it will follow, if not you will have to repeat the process with new vendor.
However, in the case of an InmateAid Discount Telephone Service will follow - at no charge to you. When your inmate gets moved, you have to notify us where he was moved and we will get you a new number matching the rate center of the new facility.
