Inmate Transfer

Will a transfer to a different prison affect my inmate's parole hearing?

My son was moved from one location that he was in almost 2 years without being told why. He is also due to go up for parole this month July. Why would they move him and not tell him why and will this move affect him going to get his parole hearing.

Inmate transfer will not affect the parole hearing.

Inmate transfer will not affect the parole hearing. In fact, they might be transferring him to a facility that holds the hearing. They do not tell the inmates about a transfer in advance of that for the safety of the transporting officers.
