What’s the difference between consecutive and concurrent sentencing?
Was given 6 years 2 charges but ran concurrent, was supposed to be released but now they r saying I have tp serve 2 sentences. He has 2 outdates. What should we do

You have to get a copy of the Judgement and Commitment Order.

You have to get a copy of the Judgement and Commitment Order. The language written by the judge is what the department of corrections follows. Without this Order, you will not know which out date is the correct one.
Concurrent means they run together, consecutive means one after the other.
