Send Inmate Mail

What happens if the inmate gets moved while their mail is in transit?

I sent an InmateAid letter to my son and he received it. Now when I try to send it again it has the old prison name & address. He has moved twice since then. There is no way for me to update it? Thank you if you can help!!

Send us the information of the new location and we will update the facility and re-send any mail that didn't get to them at no charge.
