what are the general ruls for the Western Detention Facility

Hi! My fiance is three months in Western Detention Facility, I know the rules of the place, this is all new to me. A few days ago I did send three Christian books. I made it through Amazon. I'm worried because when making the purchase just asked me for the address of the destination, at any time ask me who sends the data packet. I fear that will not be delivered because the information is not "WHO" send. I live in Mexico. The deadline to submit is September 11 or 12, even if it will not delivery successful. Maybe someone has more experience than me in this. Thanks for your support
