Not sure if my inmate was released, how can i find out?
Hey so I have a friend in jail and I recently seen he was released but I'm not too sure that is correct because I called the facility which is coxsackie correctional facility and I was told he didn't return back yet but he was released 01/07/2016 ... What does that mean where could he have went or transferred to and I recently sent mail to him would he receive it or no cause he's not there? I'm confused

"He didn't return back yet" sounds like he might have been moved for a court date, a trial or testimony.
