My inmate was moved after using your letter service, what happens to the letter?

I sent a letter/pics to my brother and he was moved to a different facility before he received them. Can I resend the same stuff at no charge since my account was already charged. Also I can't figure out how to change his facility can you let me know. Thanks

Yes, we will absolutely resend the mail for you to the new location - NO CHARGE.
