my fiancee is in bristol county house of correction, dartmouth ma and I was wondering when he will be able to call me? He got brought there last thursday, hes been in there 5 days and I havent heard from him. I have my phone account set up and everything

There is usually some period of time where the inmate goes through orientation and subsequent approvals have to occur before visits and phone calls are allowed.
