I am divorcing my pedophile husband very soon. He has been convicted of predatory sexual assault

I am divorcing my pedophile husband very soon. He has been convicted of predatory sexual assault on his OWN DAUGHTER. ..a class x felony. I'm aware if he were to file in there it'd be free but what about if i file out here as underprivileged, would my divorce still be free? We have no marital property but we do have 2 minor children that by my choice i do believe can keep them clear of him till they're 18. Does anyone know if this is true?

We are not sure about the cost of your divorce as it relates to your status as "underprivileged".

We are not sure about the cost of your divorce as it relates to your status as "underprivileged". But the concept of divorce sounds like a very good idea. As the father, we suspect the best he could hope for would be supervised visits if the children are under 18. If they are over 18 when he is released, they can surely make up their own mind
