How much time could my friend get for a third DUI?
My friend just got charged with a DUI. If convicted this will make his third DUI. He blew a .13. He is guilty, and will be convicted. What is the length of sentencing he can expect for this?

The third DUI is very serious but the other considerations are if there were injuries to others or if there was any property damage. Also, we would need to know more about this person's criminal history and the factors stated above before we would give an estimated guess.
