If my inmate is in the fish tank and he has money on his books, can he buy paper and envelopes, stamps?Also, how long usually is it before he will send out a visitation packet? Thank you

Mail is considered sacred in a prison, detention center or jail and he will be able to purchase the materials necessary to write and mail a letter.

Mail is considered sacred in a prison, detention center or jail and he will be able to purchase the materials necessary to write and mail a letter. He will be allowed to receive visitation after his release from the SHU.
