It takes a few days to make it into the
hands of the inmate. The delivery takes 2-3 business days and then once
in the mail room, all mail is inspected and read for content. There are
delays that occur once there that are out of our control. Please be
patient, our delivery success is almost 100%. We do not have an
independent verification system - your inmate will have to let you know
they've received it.
