How Can I Find Out if My Inmate Was Placed in Segregation?

My bf. Is in Ferguson unit dblock in texas he caught 2 cases went to court they gave him phone restriction the next day he was to go see the warden to find out if he was going to spend a. Few days in seg. And if he would be moved. To bblock as well , how do I find out the out come of that meetin? He told me he would have some one call me n let me kno but no one has called .
