How can I be sure the facility will allow correspondence sent in this way?

If I want to use this site to send a letter, but I don't find them under that search, does that just mean that they did not create a profile. inmateAID says I can add his name. How can I be sure that where he is will allow correspondence sent in this way?

The mail service is permitted in every jail, prison and detention center.

The mail service is permitted in every jail, prison and detention center.  We have suppressed letters and photos function where the facility is "postcards only".
