Do you need a coupon code to send letters
I'm trying to send a letter online its asking me for a coupon code, how do i get one? I wanna pay for it with my credit card. also I've never been in jail and i didn't know how any of this works so i need to talk to him so i can figure out whats going on and how to help. thank you
You do not need a coupon code to send a letter through InmateAid. The coupon field is optional and only used when there is a promotion or discount available.
You can go ahead and pay with your credit card and send your letter without entering anything in that field. The service will still work normally.
If you would like a discount, you can use the Contact Us link on the InmateAid website and request a coupon code. They are often available and can be applied to future letters.
It is also important to understand that InmateAid is not a live communication service. Your message is printed and mailed to the facility, so it will take a few days to reach him, depending on mail processing times.
Since you are trying to understand what is going on and help him, sending a letter is the right first step. Let him know you are there, ask clear questions, and he can write back with details. Keeping communication steady through letters, postcards, or photos will help you stay informed and support him while you figure things out.
