Can my husband get out of jail for obstructing the police?

Can my husband get out of jail if already before court date set if it's a felony for obstructing a police officer ? He had a traumatic head concussion now with two brain bleeds has asses amount of loss in taste smell and decisions and to reason because he isn't taking any prescribed meds and is supposed to .... So if the chance that 3rd time kicks in still hasn't been sentence yet till Thursday can he maybe have a chance at house arrest or another chance at parole if they decide to ask the parole officer or attorney agrees .... ?
