Can I visit and co-defendant at ASPC if i'm in the diversion program
My fiance and I were arrested together for a felony 4. He got 3.5 yrs, I got differed diversion. I will complete the program soon. I will have no conviction, only charge. Will AAPC Tucson ever let me have calls and visits??

Calls - Yes; Visitation - No, normally the co-defendant is not eligible. You can petition for a special waiver from the warden, however your chances improve once you have completed the diversion program.
