Are we allowed to send our inmate envelopes?

Are we allowed to send our inmate envelopes ? Like blank envelopes so they could send out more mail at once. If So , do we need to put a stamp on the envelope

NO, envelopes are provided, stamps may be purchased at commissary.

NO, envelopes are provided, stamps may be purchased at commissary. If you inmate does not have money on their books, there is a provision for indigent inmates where stamps and letter writing materials are available.
