Are there any foreign language courses available in prison?

Hello, I'd like to know if Inmates in Ely State Prison can learn foreign languages? Are there any courses? I have a friend who told me that he will start a Spanish course in January. He's on Death Row. So I'd like to get more details about education. Thank you.

Most of the state and federal facilities offer courses of various foreign languages through Rosetta Stone computer programs.

Most of the state and federal facilities offer courses of various foreign languages through Rosetta Stone computer programs. There are banks of non-internet computers that are available in the education department for inmates to improve their skills and vocation.
